Some firearms will not get the trigger guard retention device such as but not limited to; Springfield Armory: Prodigy, Echelon, and 911, Faxon FX19, Sig P238, Ruger LCP II and LCP Max, Bond Arms, and Kimber Evo and Micro 9mm.

The Reckoning Holster is the perfect combination of Old-World Craftsmanship meets New-World features.
The Reckoning Holster features multiple points of retention adjustment including the ability to tighten the screws mounting the Kydex pocket to the leather backer, and a retention device installed directly under the trigger guard. The Reckoning Holster can be worn inside of the waistband on the strong side, appendix, or cross draw positions. This can also be easily converted to an outside of the waistband holster with simple hardware.
The Reckoning Holster incorporates a top grain leather backer, in all the familiar CrossBreed leather options. These include black cowhide, premium horsehide, or Founder’s Series 100% vegetable tanned leather. This cutting-edge holster not only provides the comfort you have come to expect from CrossBreed, but also fine-tuned adjustment potential, and customizations like adding an attachable mag carrier.
The Reckoning Comfort Backer is crafted from a combination of high-quality Polyester Polyurethane and memory foam, delivering a soft and supportive feel against your body. This advanced material blend not only enhances comfort but also ensures durability and resilience, maintaining its form even after extended use. If ordered with the Reckoning Comfort Backer, the holster will not be convertible to Outside Waist Band (OWB) carry and will not come with OWB Agility Clips.

The size listed for a 1911 holster is 3", 4", and 5". I ordered a 4" for a Commander model and the holster is to short for the gun. A comment could be added to order the next size up if needing a holster over the stated size. I haven't seen another site that lists holsters with a 3", 4" or 5" listing. Other websites say fits a specific model or length. Good quality holster, but doesn't fit the gun that I purchased it for. I am having to use it for a 3" gun.

I ordered a belt and this holster at the same time. The holster barely covers the belt. The screws on the holster need to be tighten to allow a firmer grip on the firearms. The OWB option does not keep the firearm close to the body. It actually hangs outward and catches the cover shirt. I had a super tuck before which I liked and I do like the reckoning holster as well although smaller with a bottom cover of the firearm. I recommend both products.
