    I didn't care for this, bulky and awkward. Little difficult to pull the pistol out of the holster. . . Pistol fit great and it is well built. Just not for me.

    Smart Design

    Product is very well made and designed. This was for a Glock 42 that lives in my wife's purse. Reaching it and making a quick draw is very natural rather than having to fish around for a weapon that is loose in a stressful situation. Highly recommend.

    Great Holster for Purses and Fanny Packs

    I got one of these for my wife to hold her carry in her purse. The system she had before didn't have the firearm in a consistent place. It is a nice size that doesn't add a bunch bulk and it has great retention. Note the direction the velcro is facing in your purse though. They assume the loop is facing away from the wearer's body. My wife's purse is a GTM purse; a pretty popular line and the loop faces towards the wearer. This just meant I had to order it with the hand orientation flipped. BTW, I liked this holster so much I ordered us a couple for our hiking fanny packs too. I think they could double the sales of this thing by renaming it because I know some guys are insecure like that. But it is fantastic in our 5.11 fanny packs.

    Does the purse defender panel attach somehow to the inside of your purse? Otherwise wouldn’t the whole panel and holster pull out of the purse when trying to draw the gun?

      The Purse Defender panel does not attach to the purse. It will work great with most purses but not all off them. Most purses have a zipper flap that the Purse Defender will catch on stay in the purse when drawing.

    In response to the S&W EZ…. Sorry I meant the holster itself, to inquire about… so during my transaction/order, there will be a way to specify the laser type I have?

      You can select what firearm and light/laser you have by filling in the required fields. If you do not see the option for your firearm there it is because we either do not have that mold or do not offer that holster for your setup.

    I am thinking about purchasing this for my s&w shield EZ for my purse carry; was wondering what would be recommended size-wise if I have installed my own laser/light? Would there still be enough room?

      The size of the Purse Defender panel depends on the size of your purse. As far as the holster part, it would need to be made for the specific firearm and laser/light in order to have the proper fitment.

    I have a smith and Wesson j frame air weight 642 with laser, what would fit? The laser was not available with laser option.

      Unfortunately, we do not offer any laser options for the 642 at this time. We do keep track of customer requests and would be happy to add this request to our list. We will need to know what laser you have to add it to that request list.
