I bought my original holster 15+ years ago and when the kydex broke all i had to do was send in a picture and fill out a short form and they sent me a new one in less than 6 weeks

Very good fit of the item into the holster. The materials and overall quality are top of the line. The only improvement would be a less bulky/scratchy feel of the leather part (making it smaller and softer) touching the body (especially during summer). Great product overall, great company with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Holster cracked and weapon almost fell out. Holster was returned and took a very long time to replace. It took numerous calls to the company to get a new holster sent out. Poor customer service!!
