M Mark S.Hi, My original buckle broke and I want to replace it but I can’t get the old buckle unscrewed because the screw spins when I try to unscrew it.. Any hints to keep the screw from turning so it can be unscrewed?

The easiest way to remove the screws is with a cordless drill with a screwdriver bit. Lay the flat side of the screw on something rubber (back of mouse pad, rubber jar opener, silicone pot holder) and use the drill to pop the screws loose. You can also try putting a screwdriver on the screw and tapping the screwdriver with a hammer, sometimes this will break the screw free. If this does not work please do not use other tools as this may damage the leather. If you damage or break a screw please let us know and we are happy to send you a replacement.

Yes, the hardware on the belt is covered under warranty. We would be happy to send you out a new buckle. We would need to know if you have the Gunmetal Gloss or Gunmetal Matte buckle, the belts width, and a good mailing address.
