Description
Another member of the CrossBreed Modular family: The Bedside Backup is an essential piece of equipment in keeping your home secure. Our unique design offers a modular and secure method for keeping a firearm within easy reach at your bedside. The BedSide Backup also folds flat for easy packing and traveling for nights in those motels that aren't quite in the part of town we thought they were. Its main support simply slips between the mattress and box springs, and the modular holster attaches via hook & loop fastener.
The Patented Bedside Backup was created and developed by Matthew Craighead, brother of Mark Craighead, founder of CrossBreed Holsters. Another fine firearms product from Crossbreed Holsters, get your Bedside Backup today and keep your sidearm securely stowed at your bedside while you rest. The BedSide Backup comes complete with one modular holster for the firearm of your choice. Additional modular holsters and mag carriers are available at an extra cost.
All Modular Holsters and Packages come default with a 4" Soft Loop Panel with peel and stick adhesive on the back

The bedside holster is useful in placement and functionality by itself, but really needs to either by velcro backed on the horizontal piece or have predrilled holes to mount it to the box spring to secure it.

This is so much better than reaching into the night stand drawer. It worked better for me having the longer flat side down where it can stabilize against my bed frame. With that longer side up, it was too flimsy to support my handgun.

c chuckhi, what's the difference between the bedside backup and the bedside backup assembly only?

If your order the Bedside Backup it will come with the modular holster and the Bedside Back up Assembly as a package. The assembly only will just be the part that slides between the box springs and mattress.

A AntI have a Walther PDP C 4"...which Bedside Backup will fit this? I don't see one for this. Thank you.

You'll need to order the Bedside Backup for the Walther PDP 4.5", as it's the same for the 4 and 4.5".
