Can the reckoning be set up with a forward cant when used as an OWB holster?

You can adjust the cant while wearing OWB by moving the belt clips up or down.

Does this have a wedge for bottom to push the grip into abdomen.

It is not made to work with a wedge, but there is an option for the CB Concealment Claw that will do just that.
