For the QLS, is the finger release button suppose to be located on the top or the bottom...or does it really even matter? Another way of saying it, is the hinge suppose to be on top or bottom? Not sure if there is an advantage one way or another. This is a really cool product and seems like it has a lot of possibilities. Would love to see pics of how the folks at Crossbreed have experimented with the QLS.

  You can use the QLS both ways, with the hinge up or down. We have customers carry that system both ways, so we reccomend whatever works best for you.

Confused by the statement that it can attach to a 2 inch belt in the product description and in the q/a exchange below saying no.

Can this:
1) attach to the Reckoning holster in OWB config
2) attach to a 2 inch belt with Reckoning holster

  All of our belt clips are 1 1/2", so they will not fit a 2 inch belt. The only belt clip that we have that can work with a 2" belt is the J-Clip. The J-Clip goes down BEHIND the belt and then hooks up at the bottom preventing the holster from drawing out with the gun. The advantage to this clip is that it is more discreet than the SnapLok and is the best option if you will be wearing BDU, woven-style, canvas or nylon belts. But by putting the weight on the pants instead of the belt, it tends to want to ride down with heavier guns or weaker waistbands. All clips will accommodate a belt up to 2" wide. The most common option is for folks to order a couple of J Clip 2.0's to go with their SnapLoks. This means you would get both the SnapLoks and J Clip 2.0 and decide which you liked best or mix and match. Order a single clip or the quantity of your choice when you make your order.

I currently have 1.5 inch belt wings on my lds holster and it does not fit my 2 inch duty belt. Would this allow me to attach it to my 2 inch duty belt or what do I need? Thanks

  Hello Jack, Unfortunately, we do not have clips that will work with a 2-inch belt. The only clips that would work would be the Ulti Clip 3 since it will clamp onto the pant or the Ulti Clip XL as it will act as a clamp as well.
