Just lost a couple screws on 2nd day of use ing it

5.3mm (1.717613e-19 parsec’s or a little less than 1/4”) of vegetable tanned leather. Burnished edges. Sanded back. Stiff as a board until you work the leather. Metal against leather means the leather loses (scratches and marks) but the metal (your weapon) wins. Great retention. I’m a happy camper.

Quality is top notch. Fit and fish is also great. As far as comfort, you will forget that you are wearing it. Retention is adjustable which is a plus. A++++

The holster was shipped quickly and came in a nice package with clear instructions on the different configurations. I ordered the Founders leather option on this holster. I love the finish which is on par with great saddle leather. It was very stiff out of the box and after several weeks of daily wear, has settled in to hug the Kimber Micro 9 like I expected it would. The retention is excellent. I was curious about this at first because of the lack of the Reckoning holsters’ innovative retention device. It isn’t needed in the case of this particular firearm. They have engineered this system perfectly. I own one of the first Crossbreed 1911 supertuck holsters from back when Mr. Craighead was assembling them in a much smaller operation. I was impressed then, and even more now. The brand has grow exponentially over those 15+ years and the craftsmanship and attention to detail is still there. They still write your name on the back (now with a serial number) and the experience is still just as personal. Well done, Crossbreed Team! God bless.
