We are experiencing longer than average wait times due to a drastic increase in customer orders. We are doing
everything in our power to get orders out the door as quickly as
possible, while protecting our employees’ health and family time.

We are currently shipping orders at 2-3 weeks from the date of the order with LDS holsters and limited edition holsters
taking a few additional days to ship.
Warranty and Repair Work:
Currently we are repairing or replacing warranty orders at two weeks from when the item is received.
In an effort to cut the risk of exposure CrossBreed has directed all customer service staff to work remotely from
home. This effort will continue to ensure the safety of our employee’s but unfortunately does mean that we are

CrossBreed Holsters is committed to the safety and well-being of our employees as well as our customers. We are
continuing our rigorous cleaning schedule and have been in contact with our cleaning company, as well as human
resources company to ensure that we are following CDC suggestions for mitigating the transfer of COVID-19. We
have most non-production employees working from home to continue to cut the risk of exposure, and are
encouraging our employees to stay home if they feel ill at all.
