All orders are currently shipping at approximately two weeks from the date the order was placed, but please note that this time-frame can change based on the volume of incoming orders. We cannot be responsible for delays in delivery, and will not offer a refund for delayed deliveries.

If you need your order sooner than the time-frame given above, we do have an option to speed up production on your invoice. You can choose to "Expedite Craftsmen" on your order. All orders with this status are charged an additional fee to be moved to the front of the line; those orders are given to the craftsmen to be handmade and leave our facility within 48 hours. The order is shipped via USPS Prioity 2-day mail for speedy delivery. Expedite orders placed Friday through Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. The expedite selection is available on all items. Please contact Customer Service at 888-732-5011 for more information regarding this option. Orders already in place can upgrade to expedite status at any time.
