To request a return or repair please complete the form below. Once you have completed the form, please click submit at the bottom of the page and send the product to CrossBreed Holsters 6955 West Carnahan Street Springfield, Missouri 65802. **All orders sent back to us without either completing the form or including contact information in the package will be sent back to the customer without being repaired **

If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it within Two Weeks of receiving your package for a full refund (less shipping charges) according to our “Two Week Free Trial” Policy. We will make every attempt to issue a credit back to the credit card used to purchase the item, if that is not possible we will process and mail a refund via check.

If you are sending an item back for a repair, it will be repaired or replaced according to our lifetime warranty. We generally will complete a repair 3-6 days from the date we receive it.

*If a holster is beyond repair and must be replaced, it will be replaced with current production model and may vary from the original product including the leather backer. *Previous custom work cannot be replaced.

Exchanges may result in additional charges and/or refunds that will be handled via customer service representatives prior to sending the product and Return Authorization Form to CrossBreed® Holsters.
